High Rise Window Cleaner

High Rise Window Cleaners with at least 1 year of high rise experience needed for established company. Year round work with plenty of OT. There are systems in place that make advancement to next levels attainable and quick. Safety Director

Seeking long term team member, with advancement aspirations. Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the High Rise Window Cleaning industry. Must have a clean driver’s license.  Must be proficient in English and Spanish (verbal and written) and have excellent communication skills. Training is available for the right candidate.

Employee Development Administrator

Full-time position to spearhead and manage new onboarding program, with emphasis on moving existing and new team members along an upward mobility scale. Other responsibilities include creating a happy and productive work environment for our team members by organizing company-sponsored social events (picnics, sporting events, or other opportunities) and cultivating creative means of recruitment (organizing local job fairs, word of mouth incentives, local church networking, etc).

The ideal candidate must have a firm command of the English and Spanish language, both written and verbal. Must have a college degree. 1-2 years of experience within an administrative position is preferred, but not required.

Monday – Friday with flex time available for special events such as job fairs or weekend picnics. 

Duties Include:

  • Manage and keep employment ads current working with Marketing to keep them appealing.
  • Track where applicants and hires originate. Adjust Ad placement based on tracking.
  • Review applications, research applicants on social sites, and collate applications accordingly prior to sending to management.
  • Produce a weekly management report that includes progress of crew members, raises, reviews, and level status.
  • Update on the job training (OJT) sheets.
  • Monitor crew member’s OJT hours in relation to onboarding level requirements. Gather information from trainers regarding crew member’s progress and ability to include in the weekly management report.
  • Schedule reviews with managers for all necessary crew members. Before each crew member’s review provide all previous reviews to the necessary Manager.
  • Assist upper Management with administrative tasks, organization, and other projects.
