Phillip Fowler

As the Division Manager for Specialty Services at Scottie’s, Phillip’s primary responsibilities include overseeing specialty projects, developing precise estimates, and spearheading research and development initiatives to continually enhance services. With over 11 years of experience in the building maintenance industry, Phillip has a deep understanding of facilities management, project coordination, restoration, and safety protocols, enabling him to effectively manage complex projects and deliver exceptional results. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Dramatic Art from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While seemingly unrelated, his background in the arts has instilled strong communication and creative problem-solving skills that he leverages in his current role. Phillip has also obtained numerous industry certifications, including OSHA 30, SAIA Competent Person and Train the Trainer, AWP Train the Trainer, Stone Restoration, and Everbrite Applicator. He is also currently pursuing a Part 107 drone license to further expand his capabilities. Outside of work, Phillip enjoys spending time with his family, exploring his love for music, and perfecting his barbecue skills. He is proud to be part of the Scottie’s team and genuinely appreciates the continuous learning opportunities his role affords.
