Derek Mazzetti
As General Manager, Derek Mazzetti oversees daily operations and personnel management for Scotties, serving clients across North and South Carolina. With over eleven years of experience, Derek started at Scotties as an Assistant Manager and played a key role in the company’s growth. He was instrumental in establishing the first full-time Specialty Division, managing large restoration projects, final construction cleans, high dusting, and parking deck maintenance. He’s also spearheaded policy and procedure development, staff training programs, and project planning initiatives. Derek holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a Business Concentration from Appalachian State University and certifications, including OSHA 30, MEWP Safety Training, and SAIA Competent Person for Suspended Scaffolds. Additionally, he is a Dale Carnegie Leadership Course graduate.
